How can rivalrous data exist in a distributed P2P network

An exploration of how rivalrous data is being made to exist in a distributed network without centralized authorities or hard network wide consensus. 

We hope to introduce a project being conceptualized and built with Holochain, a P2P distributed application framework, which allows rivalrous (unique) data to exist in an distributed application built with Holochain and invite the crowd to participate in anyway possible.
