Let's Build Off-chain, Free & Decentralized POAP

Proof of Attendence Protocol (POAP) is a way to create fun event badges on Ethereum. But, there are some downsides: a centralized server holds the images and event info, minting on-chain costs money, and we can't tell if someone actually attended the event. But, we can change this - we can already create off-chain, peer-to-peer event badges for free, using tools like MetaMask!
